International orders: Please contact Philip Adams by phone or email for overseas delivery costs, and, if required, alternative payment methods.
Receipt/Acknowledgment of order: All orders will be acknowledged by email (or by post if no email address is given). If you order online you will also receive a receipt by email from PayPal.
Delivery: Please allow 10 working days for UK delivery - though usually we will despatch the book within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. In the case of pre-orders (for a book not yet published), we will advise you by email of the likely publication date, and subsequently update you if there is any significant change to this.
Cancellation and returns: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the book(s). If you wish to cancel your order you must return (at your own expense) any book(s) that you have received, in original condition, for a refund. You must contact Philip Adams to obtain a returns authorisation number before you return any books. You must pay the return postage costs.
Damaged or faulty books: In the unlikely event that the book(s) you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact Philip Adams with a description of the fault, and he will arrange for a replacement or refund. In this case your return postage costs will be refunded.
Security: This website does not collect any information from you, but if you order books online, this website will transfer you to PayPal's secure (https:) website which has full encryption and many other security features which are designed to protect you. Your credit or debit card details will be collected and recorded securely by PayPal: this information is never seen nor recorded by Philip Adams.
Privacy Policy: Philip Adams will not pass on your personal data to any third parties unless required by law to do so. If you order books online from this website, PayPal are our payment service providers and in order to collect and transmit payments they will collect information from you in accordance with their own privacy policy, which is published on PayPal's website at this address.
